Cancelation and Refund Policy

Exhibit, Sponsorship and/or Private Lecture Cancellation Policy


ALL requests for refunds must be made in writing and sent to the Wellness Resource Group, Inc. and are subject to HOA and Wellness Resource Group, Inc.  approval.  Requests received 10 days after payment and signed contract, will be refunded 60% of the total cost of purchase if space if replaced by the Wellness Resource Group, Inc. Cancellations on or after the 10th day after registration policy and or failure to participate will result in forfeiture of the entire exhibit fee.
