Exhibit, Sponsorship and/or Private Lecture Cancellation Policy


ALL requests for refunds must be made in writing and sent to the Health Fairs, Inc. and are subject to HOA and Healthy Fairs, Inc.  approval.  Requests received 10 days after payment and signed contract, will be refunded 60% of the total cost of purchase if space if replaced by the Healthy Fairs, Inc. Cancellations on or after the 10th day after registration policy and or failure to participate will result in forfeiture of the entire exhibit fee.
